Maintaining good labor relations is the key to company growth. Since our establishment, we have adopted an honest and responsible attitude and strived to create the best work environment for our employees. Besides providing numerous channels for employees to pursue further education, we are also attentive to the quality of life of our employees. In response to changes in the objective environment, we have actively taken the following measures in pursuit of sustainable development and the most benefits for our employees.
Management System
Company regulations are revised in accordance with the Labor Standards Law and in response to changes in the business environment to create a humanistic management system.
Employee Communication Channels
We constructed a portal website for access to internal information, allowing employees to understand company policies, systems, benefits and various activities. Channels, such as the employee discussion area, allow employee opinions to be fully expressed.

Besides labor insurance, we also insure employees with group life insurance, accident insurance etc., and provide annual health examinations for employees to enjoy multiple assurances at the same time.

Training
We irregularly provide training courses or send employees to professional short-term trainings outside the company each year to help employees develop their professional skills and careers.

Retirement System

Our retirement programs were established in accordance with the Labor Standards Law and the Labor Pension Act, and retirement allowances are paid on a monthly basis.

Employees’ Welfare Committee

We established a Employees’ Welfare Committee for the overall planning of employee welfare, guided the forming of various clubs, and hold dinner parties and employee travels to alleviate work pressure.
